    Instructions

      Pat salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels. Season the flesh side with salt.

      Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until foaming subsides.

      Place salmon skin-side down and press gently to ensure full contact with the pan.

      Cook for 4 minutes without moving until skin is crispy. Flip and cook 2 more minutes.

      Serve immediately with lemon wedges. The center should be slightly translucent.
